Register your clinic to submit dental cases

Account requirements
The rules for each box open while you type in it.
Clinic name
  • At least 2 characters
  • Contains letters and looks like a real name (no random typing like "asdfgh", no letter repeated 4+ times)
Doctor name
  • At least 2 characters
  • Contains letters and looks like a real name (no random typing, no letter repeated 4+ times)
Email
  • A real email address, like name@yourclinic.com
  • Not a throwaway or temporary email service, and not only numbers before the @
Phone
  • 10-digit phone number (a leading 1 is OK; spaces, dashes and brackets are fine)
  • Not one digit repeated (like 555-555-5555)
Password
  • 8 to 100 characters (letters, numbers and symbols all allowed)
Address
  • Clinic address filled in
  • Email and phone are not already used by another RDL Labs account (checked when you press Create Account)
After you create the account we email you a 6-digit code. Your account is ready to submit cases as soon as your email is verified.
